Job Description Summary

NCR Atleos' Global Business Services (GBS) Automation Team is chartered to develop creative solutions to problems, challenges & opportunities that would have a material and positive impact on NCR Atleos customers and overall business operations. The Technology Adoption Specialist role will onboard customers to the target tools.

We are looking for a highly passionate, results oriented person with excellent organization and communication skills to support Global Business Service's growing Digital Automation program that includes AI, RPA, distributed ledger technology, e-invoicing, customer-centric invoicing and more. 

Job Description:

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

Primary responsibilities are to support customer onboarding to new tools to automate customer entitlement and invoicing.  This individual will primarily work as a part of cross-functional team on an innovative new solution to address revenue leakage.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify customers that meet onboarding criteria

• Groom customer, site, installed base, entitlement and related data to prepare for tool onboarding & investigate anomalies

• Work with cross-functional teams to prepare pricing maps and categorize & validate pricing data

• Perform admin and setup tasks within the target tools

• Develop and maintain working relationships with cross-functional team members, vendors and customers.

• Ad hoc data analysis, automation and related assignments

• Ability to identify patterns and categorize complex data

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.

• Must be a strong and effective communicator with the internal and external customers by building relationships, adhering to commitments, and establishing trust and dialogue on how to support and communicate those commitments.

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Microsoft Excel and Office 365 Intermediate level, including pivot tables

Preferred Qualifications:

• Related experience a plus

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Experience with Power BI

• Experience with Power Automate

• Experience with Excel PowerQuery
