At Wargaming, we're looking for a
Junior CRM Operations Specialist
to join our
World of Warships CRM & MarCom team
. Our team is responsible for all in-game communications, ensuring players receive clear, timely, and engaging updates that keep them informed and excited about the game.

This is a hands-on, technical role where you'll work with our custom CRM tools to set up notifications, configure campaign logic, and support smooth execution of communication flows. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across regions, QA, and analytics, making sure every campaign meets requirements and reaches the right players at the right time.

Reports to

  • MarCom Services Team Lead

What will you do?

  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Assist in building CRM campaigns and configuring delivery logic for notifications
  • Edit and update templates for email and in-game messages (basic HTML/CSS)
  • Help configure and launch web push notifications
  • Collaborate with product managers to shape campaign opportunities
  • Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and optimizations

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (NA, Asia, EU)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Full professional proficiency in English

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Previous experience with CRM tools or marketing operations
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for emails or push notifications
  • Interest in prompt engineering or agent automation

Work mode

  • Hybrid (after the probation period), fully onsite (during the probation period).
  • This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
