Job Responsibilities:

  • Process player withdrawals efficiently, accurately, and in line with internal policies.
  • Review and verify payment documentation, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML procedures..
  • Collaborate closely with Support, and VIP teams to ensure smooth payment flow and a top-tier customer experience.
  • Monitor transaction patterns, detect irregularities, and escalate potential risks when necessary.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of payment procedures and internal workflows.


Perfect Candidate:

  • Experience as a Payment Agent is a must.
  • Full business proficiency in English is a must.
  • Experience in iGaming or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • A team player with a positive mindset and a customer-centric approach.
