Chief Project Management Officer

Reporting Line:
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all company projects and make sure they match company goals.
  • Oversee the full project portfolio: timelines, risks, priorities, and resources.
  • Implement and maintain a hybrid Agile–Waterfall process across the company.
  • Manage and improve task and workflow systems (project tools, templates, processes).
  • Ensure projects follow all internal rules and external regulations (e.g., data protection).
  • Support and mentor teams on project methods and best practices.
  • Create clear reports and dashboards for the CEO and management.
  • Make decisions on project priorities, budgets, and problem escalations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or Master's in Project Management is a plus).
  • Minimum
    5 years
    of experience in project management or leadership roles.
  • Preferred certifications:
    PMP, CSM, SAFe
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Agile and Waterfall
    methods.
  • Experience with tools such as
    Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI
    .
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning abilities, and problem-solving skills.
