Technical Support Engineer (Automation)
to join our growing team in Belgrade.

is an international automation technology company with engineering and production teams across Europe. We design, manufacture, and support innovative solutions for industrial automation — from compact PLCs and smart displays to cloud-based monitoring tools.
Our office, located near the Beograđanka building in Belgrade, is part of a young and dynamic environment, and we are currently expanding our operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support customers by email, phone and in person to help them solve real-world automation challenges
- Reproduce client setups to test sensors, thermostats, PLCs, and other akYtec devices
- Manage customer tickets in our support system — which will be
in your hands to improve
through feedback and experience - Troubleshoot both hardware and software issues and find practical solutions
- Create simple demo setups, application examples, and user documentation
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to make sure customer needs are met and insights are shared
- Participate in client trainings, exhibitions and assist with creating educational materials.
What We're Looking For
- Background or strong interest in
industrial automation
(students or recent graduates in engineering fields are welcome) - Basic understanding of physics, electrical engineering, or electronics
- Knowledge of
IEC programming languages
and PLCs is a plus - English proficiency (B1 level or higher); additional languages are an advantage
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others succeed
- Public speaking experience will be a plus.
