We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our RFP/Bid Response team and partner teams: Legal/Compliance and Information Security. This role ensures timely, accurate, and complete responses to RFPs, RFIs, due diligence requests, and compliance questionnaires. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at driving deliverables from SMEs who do not report directly to them.

Responsibilities

  • Act as central contact between RFP/Bid Response, Legal/Compliance, and Information Security teams
  • Coordinate and track responses for RFPs, RFIs, due diligence requests, and compliance questionnaires
  • Follow up with SMEs to secure timely and accurate deliverables
  • Maintain project timelines and manage escalations
  • Organize documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Identify process improvements to streamline collaboration and workflows
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate potential risks

Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination or project management in business or technology environments
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Skilled in project plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • High attention to detail and deadline sensitivity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred
