Nous recherchons notre futur Assistant Chargé d'Affaires (H/F), pour nos chantiers en Grand Est et Bourgogne / Franche Comté

Votre mission :

En collaboration avec les Responsable Affaires, l'assistant chargé d'affaires vient en support sur les missions diverses.

Pour ce faire, vous accompagnez le Responsable d'Affaires sur les missions suivantes :

Participer au chiffrage et à la réponse aux appels d'offres

Assister le Responsable d'Affaires dans le suivi administratif et technique du chantier

Suivi et coordination des études d'exécution avec les responsables BE

Suivre l'exécution des travaux en liaison avec le Responsable d'Affaires dans le respect des procédures qualité, sécurité et environnement, de la satisfaction clients et de la maîtrise budgétaire

Consultation des sous-traitants et des fournisseurs

Suivi de la planification de l'affaire (Project) avec le responsable d'affaires, le conducteur de travaux et le bureau d'études

Le poste :

  • CDI
  • Grands déplacements ponctuels en région Bourgogne Franche-Comté / Grand-Est
  • Permis B obligatoire.

Votre profil :

  • Formation supérieure Bac +3 à Bac+5 en génie électrique ou Génie mécanique vous recherchez un poste dans les affaires
  • Autonome et organisé, vous avez un bon relationnel et êtes capable de travailler au sein d'une équipe dynamique
