Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Administrator located in Belgrade. The General Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing and maintaining records, coordinating office activities, supporting team members, and ensuring efficient daily office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The General Administrator may also be required to assist in event planning, scheduling, and handling correspondence or reports.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including document management and scheduling
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with team members and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using office software and tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email systems
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy for handling reports, correspondence, and project support
- Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
- Mandarin is a plus
