Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Slovenian through voice, chat and email
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovenian (both written and spoken)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)​
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is a plus
