We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Trainer
to support the development and performance of our operational teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that ensure high standards of knowledge, compliance, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and continuously refine training materials and structured learning programs to ensure comprehensive understanding of games, procedures, and internal standards.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions for new hires and existing team members, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
  • Create performance improvement plans and define relevant KPIs to measure training effectiveness and trainee progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to individuals and management, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Inspire, motivate, and support trainees throughout their learning journey, encouraging engagement and high performance.
  • Collaborate closely with team managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs to both individual and team requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and ensure alignment with company policies and operational controls.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Serbian (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Patience, strong coaching abilities, and a genuine passion for developing others.
  • Previous experience in the gaming or casino industry is considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for casino roles or similar operational environments is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications or qualifications in gaming operations, training, or instructional design are a plus.
