Maintenance Technician

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the electrical maintenance work of the factory, such as: daily maintenance and maintenance of electrical equipment in the automatic assembly workstations of the whole factory, PLC program backup, timely participation in troubleshooting equipment electrical faults, and on-site machine tool debugging program optimization;
• Participate in and assist other mechanical electrical maintenance, and assist in completing electrical maintenance reports or establishing and improving maintenance manuals;
• Assist equipment engineers in analyzing the causes of equipment failures, participate in the formulation and implementation of improvement measures, and continuously improve maintenance content; according to the operating status of the equipment, propose equipment spare parts and wearing parts requirements, and submit them to spare parts engineers for reference;
• According to the requirements of the equipment repair and transformation technical agreement, participate in the on-site tracking work of the installation and commissioning of new, modified, and overhauled equipment, record problems, and participate in optimization, transformation, and plan discussions; be responsible for truthfully recording equipment maintenance and spare parts replacement according to the equipment maintenance and spare parts replacement situation, and provide them to equipment engineers for reference after screening key problems, so as to correct the spare parts strategy;
• Strictly implement safety operating procedures, do a good job in relevant safety evaluation work, assist equipment engineers in completing safety standardization work, and regularly complete insulation testing of corresponding tools as required;
• Cooperate with equipment engineers to complete continuous improvement, on-site equipment optimization and transformation, etc.;
• Be proactive in work, have a team spirit, good personal character, and be able to teach others.

General Requirements:

• High school degree (III/IV degree), filed of study: electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
• More than 5 years of work experience in the field of maintenance of equipment and machines
• Understand the control principle of mainstream PLC (SIEMENS, OMRON, Mitsubishi, etc.), and be able to complete program modification independently;
• Understand the operation and fault diagnosis of industrial robots, and be familiar with the composition of welding equipment and robot adjustment.
• Understand electrophoretic rectifiers, servo systems, tank circulation pumps, and temperature control devices
• Master the use of industrial control components, such as the adjustment of photoelectric sensors, the speed regulation of frequency converters, etc.;
• According to the electrical drawings, you can effectively judge and troubleshoot on-site equipment failures;
• Understand the composition and application of industrial control networks, such as Siemens DP network and remote module ET200S, and be able to judge the fault location and cause through the fault information of software and hardware, and provide suggestions for fault handling;
• Have maintenance and repair experience of auxiliary production tools, such as mastering the maintenance experience of electric wrenches, pneumatic wrenches, detection tools, etc., understand the working principles of intelligent detection and intelligent manufacturing, and have experience in intelligent manufacturing projects. Priority;
• Priority is given to those with high and low voltage operation certificates and special equipment operation certificates.
