Role Overview

The Flutter Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using the Flutter framework. The role involves close collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver performant, scalable, and visually appealing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services (e.g., Firebase).
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure application stability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, plugins, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Flutter mobile development (with published apps preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in
    Dart
    programming language.
  • Familiarity with
    state management
    tools (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).
  • Experience integrating
    APIs
    ,
    Firebase
    , and
    local databases
    (SQLite, Hive).
  • Solid understanding of
    mobile UI design principles
    and
    responsive layouts

  • Experience with
    Git
    version control.
  • Knowledge of
    Agile/Scrum

Preferred Qualifications

    native Android (Kotlin/Java)

    iOS (Swift)
    development.
  • Knowledge of
    CI/CD pipelines
    for mobile deployment.
  • Familiarity with
    App Store
    and
    Google Play
    submission processes.
  • Understanding of
    security best practices
    in mobile apps.
