Senior Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

In this role you will create high-quality visual content across branding, internal/external decks, events and company-wide documents. This role combines strong layout skills with hands-on visual asset development including iconography, illustrations, and custom graphics using both traditional and AI tools. You will collaborate closely with marketing, events, and regional teams worldwide to elevate the Acronis brand through consistent, high-quality design.

What You'll Do

• Develop and refine custom graphics – including icons, infographics, and illustrations in line with Acronis' visual language using professional and AI-assisted tools
• Develop and maintain multi-page documents such as brand guidelines, brochures, annual reports, and event kits
• Design high-quality presentations, templates, and layouts across PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, and InDesign
• Maintain and evolve the company's template library, ensuring alignment with brand standards, collecting feedback, and rolling out improvements globally.
• Concept and design event branding across global locations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure production accuracy and brand alignment
• Organize, version-control, and maintain design files and templates in shared libraries
• Support onsite or remote during events, ensuring brand consistency and design quality
• Participate in design reviews and present design work clearly and confidently to internal teams

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional design experience in branding, layout, and visual communication
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, multipage documents, visuals and branding
• Proficiency in Presentation tools: PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience building scalable, brand-compliant templates and layout systems
• Ability to develop custom graphics using both traditional design tools and AI/stock resources
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (Cinema 4D) or motion design is a plus
• English proficiency (Intermediate or higher)
• Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
• High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
