Job Description and Responsibilities:


• Participation in technical and functional implementation of modules, system configuration according to business requirements, testing, and process optimization


• Establishing procedures and user manuals for the specified area


• Training users for the implementation of BC/NAV and BI environments


• Assistance and support in the use of implemented systems


• Analysis of user requirements, preparation of functional documentation, and reporting

Requirements:


• University degree in technical or economics-related field


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics BC/NAV)


• Knowledge of business processes (finance, procurement, sales, logistics, etc.)


• Ability to analyze business requirements and proactively propose functional solutions


• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)


• Category B driving license

Advantages:

• Experience in communication with clients and internal teams, ability to identify user needs and propose optimal solutions


• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, ERP, BI)


• Previous experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Power BI, etc.)


• Previous experience in managing small projects
