Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog, leading the agile process as Product Owner.
  • Define and prioritize product initiatives aligned with strategy and leadership direction.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Oversee product releases, versioning, customer communication, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Identify and proactively resolve blockers in the product development lifecycle.
  • Support customer-facing teams in onboarding and launching new customers.
  • Define and monitor key business and product KPIs to measure performance and impact.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to define technical solutions, balance trade-offs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization, planning, and execution skills.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML, and authentication protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with building mockups and basic web development.
  • Agile/Scrum experience with hands-on use of tools like JIRA for issue and task tracking.
  • Knowledge and experience of tools and techniques for assessing competitor products, market research, and cost-benefit analysis to identify the business value of products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
