CI/CD Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for architecture maintenance in Infrastructure as a Code, ensuring its resilience and focus on performance
  • In charge of automation of operational tasks (develop scripts and tools that streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance system performance)
  • Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting the pipelines with developers on CI/CD jobs
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of CI/CD Master and nods based on vendor software solutions on Linux and Windows environment via automated manner through dedicated tools
  • Monitoring of Infrastructure and Application servers and setting up the thresholds and alerts
  • Responsible for the failover of solutions and continuity of the application availability
  • Quickly resolve issues and minimize impact on end-user productivity and overall organization in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of system configuration, procedures and incidents for future references
  • Participates in meetings with stakeholders for projects setup and deployment

About you

  • At least 1+ years of working experience in SysOps position with strong focus on Windows and Linux
  • Experience of RHEL, Ubuntu (installation, configuration, administration and monitoring of applications)
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD systems and methodologies
  • Experience in managing Cloud environments
  • Basic knowledge of at least one IaC tool (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Basic knowledge with code versioning system (preferably Git)
  • Scripting language knowledge (ideally Bash)
  • Good knowledge of Dockers
  • Skilled in Windows server administration
  • Willingness to learn new things, investigate unknown problems and improve existing implementation
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage projects according to schedule
  • Good command of written and spoken English

It would be a plus to have

  • AWS certification
  • Scripting language knowledge (Python, PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of Jenkins
