► Monitor and maintain connected mobile solutions containing sensors, cloud applications, and microserv

ices► Manage and operate cloud-based applications and remote dev

ices► Monitor and ensure system uptime, security, stability, and performance while identifying is

sues► Process and resolve anomalies in the cloud system and on remote dev

ices► Manage software rollout campaigns for production dev

ices► Administer devices and customer serv

ices► Handle incident and request management from identification to resolution, including prioritization and/or escala

tion► Improve and automate frequent daily operational tasks and proce
