Senior Manager Operations

As we scale across Europe's new markets, we need a dynamic Senior Manager Operations to lead our Business Support Services (BSS) team and ensure operational excellence that powers our growth.

Your Impact

• Lead and Inspire: Build and manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Customer Care teams, mentoring managers and specialists to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive Strategy: Define and execute operational strategies aligned with TOMRA's global goals and ambitious market expansion plans.
• Enable Growth: Ensure seamless processes that support scaling in new markets—from revenue lifecycle management to customer care.
• Optimize Performance: Oversee KPIs, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to keep us ahead.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with EMEA leadership to align operations with TOMRA's vision for sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in operations leadership within Shared Services or BSS environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
