Overview
The HR Business Partner (HR BP) will serve as a strategic partner to specific business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role involves consulting with management on various HR-related matters, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning. What You Will Be Doing
  • Acting as an HRBP for assigned business units, supporting leaders on structure, headcount planning, role clarity, and team scalability.
  • Handling complex employee cases requiring structure, clarity, and legal awareness
  • Supporting contract changes, role adjustments, and employee movements across entities and countries
  • Supporting managers with decision-making related to performance, role changes, promotions, and workforce optimization.
  • Working with multi-country employment frameworks and understand key differences in labor legislation across jurisdictions
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in HRIS and related systems; treat HR data as a business asset
  • Working closely with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR processes
  • Owning and managing core HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and offboarding
  • Working confidently with large volumes of HR data: headcount, turnover, structure, costs, and trends
About you
  • 5+ years of experience in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or People Partner role, ideally in tech, fintech, or high-growth environments
  • Ability to measure effectiveness of HR initiatives and processes
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Russian 
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
  • Experience in automation and HR technology
  • Experience working collaboratively and with a diverse employee population
