• Stock Control and Procedure Compliance:  Oversees stock management (Stylist & Uniforms), ensuring that inventory is accurately controlled and that all processes adhere strictly to established procedures. 
• Daily Team Operations:  Manages and reports on the daily activities of the team, including monitoring attendance, scheduling, and holiday planning, while ensuring smooth operations. 
• Inventory Replenishment and Analysis:  Ensures timely re-stocking and efficient inventory management. Analyzes stock movements to identify trends, patterns, and potential red flags, supporting proactive decision-making. 
• Research and Quality Improvement:  Conducts research and testing projects aimed at improving the consistency of dealers' on-camera appearance, ensuring a high-quality visual presentation. 
• Practical Interviews - Stylists:  Conducts practical interviews with potential makeup artists
• Continuous Improvement & Project Coordination:  Identifies innovative approaches to enhance both the quality and productivity of team members' work and coordinates new projects to drive operational excellence. 
• Active Contribution to Company Development:  Propose measures to improve appearance quality and customer experience. Suggest procedural enhancements aimed at increasing overall operational efficiency. 
• Work Discipline and Professional Responsibility : Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement. Maintain the confidentiality of all information related to company equipment and operations. Use company resources exclusively for business purposes. Comply with all legislative requirements and established working procedures. Collaborate with designated health and safety personnel as needed to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses. 
• Promptly inform line managers of any deficiencies or incidents observed. 

• Expertise: 1+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application or hairstyling.
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma
• Professional certificate: Must hold a diploma or professional certification in makeup or hairstyling.
• Language Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Technical Skills: PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365.
