THE OPPORTUNITY
Pointe is looking for a Talent Sourcing and Coordinating Specialist to support our firm's recruiting operations and rapid growth. At Pointe, our expectations are high but empowering. This is a fully remote position based in Serbia. Working Serbian business hours is acceptable, with the expectation of a few hours of overlap each day with US Eastern Time.
What You'll Do
As a Talent Sourcing and Coordinating Specialist, you will sit at the fulcrum of our "Great People" mantra You will be essential in building a strong pipeline of experienced talent across many different industries and levels. You will partner with the broader Pointe Talent team to support high-volume, high-quality talent sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate management. You will help drive talent acquisition as a true competitive advantage for the firm.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

Talent Sourcing

• Proactively build talent pipelines and execute creative and innovative sourcing strategies
• Expand effectiveness of our experienced hire recruitment process to create an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates, including general application management, referral tracking, proactive sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Develop and manage relationships with potential candidates
• Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously

Talent Acquisition Coordination

• Manage and track candidate data within our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
• Manage communication and correspondence with candidates and support candidate relationship management
• Coordinate interview logistics such as scheduling, booking travel, tracking budget and expenses, feedback reporting, and other relevant record-keeping
• Assist with other ad-hoc talent and recruiting projects as requested

• BA or BS with a clear track record of academic excellence required
• Fluency in written and spoken English required
• Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive, strong interest in recruiting/talent acquisition, and deep customer service focus
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Experience with a data-driven applicant tracking system preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated good judgment and ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
