We're looking for a Product Manager to build and scale EMCD's staking and restaking direction from scratch. This is a high-impact role for someone with hands-on experience in blockchain infrastructure and a deep understanding of staking economics.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for staking/restaking products (from MVP to scale)
  • Lead full-cycle product launches with Dev, Design, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Risk
  • Research market and competitors (e.g., Everstake, ), shape clear value propositions
  • Launch integrations with external providers and own validator nodes
  • Track key metrics: TVL, APR, churn, retention, margin, unit economics
  • Drive structured discovery and delivery to ensure fast time-to-market

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management (PM/PO)
  • 3+ years specifically in staking/restaking
  • Deep understanding of blockchain architecture (ETH, SOL, TRX, AVAX, etc.)
  • Experience launching validator infrastructure and provider integrations
  • Strong financial modeling and unit economics skills
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+

  • Build staking as a product from zero at EMCD
  • Balance short-term speed (via providers) and long-term margin (via own nodes)
  • Scale from 2 assets (ETH, SOL) to 30+ assets
  • Launch liquid staking and institutional solutions
  • Achieve $100M+ TVL in 23 years
