organization design etc. For our client – OMYA a leading producer of
industrial minerals and a distributor of specialty materials, with a strong
presence across multiple markets, we are looking for a motivated candidate for
a position of Payroll & Administration Specialist to join
their team in Aranđelovac, Serbia.

Position: Payroll & Administration Specialist
Location: Aranđelovac, Serbia (on-site)
Reports to:
Head of Human Resources

Your role

You will be responsible for managing payroll processes and
HR administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local legislation, and a
smooth experience for our employees. This is a hands-on role covering the full
cycle of payroll, employee records management, and HR documentation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy,
    timeliness, and compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Prepare salary reports, headcount statistics,
    and other payroll-related analyses.
  • Maintain employee records in the Pantheon system
    and manage all HR documentation.
  • Draft and issue contracts, addendums, and
    official decisions.
  • Handle employee registration/deregistration and data updates with relevant authorities (CROSO, RZZO, PIO).
  • Coordinate with the National Employment Service
    and support recruitment-related administration.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on
    payroll and administrative matters.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
    within payroll and HR administration.


Requirements

What we're looking for:

· University degree in Economics, Finance, Human
Resources, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll and HR
administration.

· Excellent knowledge of Serbian labor
legislation, social security, and tax regulations.

· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and
experience with payroll systems such as Pantheon.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational
skills, and confidentiality.

· Proficiency in English and Serbian.
