Title: Professional Services Managing Business Consultant
Location: Belgrade, Serbia hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Consultant to develop and deliver expert consultative services in our Channel Management Services program in the EMEA region.

A qualified candidate is expected to have demonstrable experience and success in delivering similar services and driving innovation and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary
As a Senior Consultant and Subject Matter Expert, you will deliver professional services engagements focused on ATM channel management, with a specialization in the delivery and optimization of Vision, Terminal Manager and Self-Service Dashboard. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize ATM estate management s, leveraging deep technical expertise and strong consulting skills to drive value and innovation.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Lead customer engagements in the EMEA region involving ATM channel management, ensuring successful delivery of Vision, Terminal Manager and Self-Service Dashboard solutions.
• Develop methods and practices to increase the value proposition of our services
• Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior consultants to build domain expertise and delivery excellence.
• Implement and configure ATM monitoring and management solutions, including categorization and dispatch workflows
• Utilize PowerShell and SQL to automate tasks, extract insights, and support solution customization.
• Apply broad and deep IT knowledge across infrastructure, networking, security, and systems integration to support complex deployments.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area, or at least ten years' experience in a position in developing & delivering consultative services with a focus on ATM channel management.
• Fluency with Windows and Unix-like Operating systems
• Ability to develop complex managed scripts/procedures in PowerShell & SQL for data collection, analysis and automation.
• Proven ability to define and implement observability metrics and dashboards.
• Broad IT knowledge across systems, networks, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A willingness to travel to deliver services, as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Vision, Terminal Manager and Self-Service Dashboard.
