Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partner strategies and operations through
    market analysis, risk assessment, and goal setting.
  • Manage customer relationships across these
    countries
    (in alphabetical order): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia.
  • Demonstrate
    cultural awareness and respect
    when collaborating with diverse teams, partners, and customers.
  • Perform
    data analysis
    and prepare
    accurate, insightful reports
    .
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Maintain strong, confidential relationships with partners and customers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value, improve performance, and increase market share.
  • Drive revenue growth by
    closing new business deals
    , negotiating terms, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Identify industry trends and new opportunities by researching events, publications, and market developments.
  • Stay up to date with industry knowledge through training, professional networks, and market research.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in
    business development, sales, or account management within the Independent Automotive Aftermarket (IAM)
    .
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM industry trends, regional markets, and diverse business cultures.
  • Established professional network in the regional IAM market.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data accurately, produce high-quality reports, and present insights effectively.
  • Willingness to travel across the region for business meetings, fairs, customer, and networking events (countries include Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia).
  • Cultural awareness and respect in partner and client interactions.
  • Energetic, professional, diplomatic, and a collaborative team player.
  • English language proficiency: minimum B2 level.
  • Driving license: minimum B-class.
