Role Summary

The Business Development Analyst supports strategic growth at Belgrade Waterfront by identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing long-term strategies aligned with Eagle Hills' goals. Through feasibility studies, financial analysis, and pricing support, the role delivers actionable insights to guide business decisions. It involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, requiring strong analytical skills and commercial awareness to drive sustainable development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources, with focus on global real estate markets
• Conducts feasibility studies based on a detailed knowledge of the real estate market in the area, conducts research, collects market data and prepares a detailed project analysis of key competitors
• Prepares short-term and long-term business plans to identify tasks in relation to partners, make forecasts, assess risks and predict outcomes
• Performs comprehensive financial analysis, highlights key risks and challenges, and delivers timely, impact-driven reports to stakeholders across all management levels
• Deals with all analyses related to determining unit prices of apartments and provides insights and recommendations based on market data and feasibility study results
• Conducts all pricing procedures in accordance with established pricing process
• Reviews the assumptions and financial components of each project before they are approved by executive management, providing support to the project development sector.
• Evaluates investments in an accurate, efficient manner, ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Ensures that business data and analysis requirements are met by properly applying data concepts
• Supports the developing real estate model and strategy, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking as the business develops.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Economics, Statistics, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development analyst roles
• Experience in the real estate industry will be considered an advantage

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions with effective reporting and data visualization techniques
• Effective analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• A thinker and a doer - effective at driving towards the vision set by business and execution, with a results-driven mindset and strong focus on outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reporting/dashboarding packages, e.g.: PowerBI
• Fluency in Serbian and English language is mandatory
