About the Role

We are seeking Cisco-certified network engineers/technicians across Serbia to support on-site Cisco tasks for our clients. This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexible, hands-on work involving real networking environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site Cisco hardware diagnostics, replacements, and upgrades
  • Install and configure routers, switches, and wireless access points
  • Troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 issues
  • Handle rack installations, patch panel terminations, and basic cabling
  • Coordinate with remote NOC/network teams for configuration support
  • Submit detailed site reports and documentation after each visit

Requirements

  • Valid Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP, or higher)
  • Previous field/dispatch experience with Cisco equipment
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and cabling standards
  • Must own a laptop with internet access and a basic tool kit
  • Willing and able to travel locally for on-demand site visits
