About the Role

We are Quadro Consulting, a growing company founded and based in Bonn.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will support both our team and our international client, ensuring stability, strong collaboration, and continued success on both sides.

This role blends client partnership, operational coordination, financial oversight, and light people-operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and confident in communicating with senior stakeholders.

Working hours: 12:00–20:00 CET.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Partnership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client stakeholders
  • Maintain clear communication, manage expectations, and resolve escalations

Operational & Project Coordination

  • Align cross-functional teams
  • Oversee priorities, workflows, deadlines, and risk management

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor KPIs, team capacity, and delivery risks
  • Prepare regular status updates for internal and client leadership

Strategic Account Development

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans

Crisis & Issue Management

  • Handle urgent requests calmly and efficiently
  • Lead cross-team collaboration during high-pressure moments

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support evaluation cycles and feedback consolidation
  • Validate time-tracking and prepare monthly billing
  • Manage smaller service requests, scopes, proposals, and profitability
  • Organize occasional client visits, including agendas, logistics, and on-site support

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years in Account Management, Project Management, or Operations
  • Experience in tech or development-driven environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of organization, ownership mindset, and independence
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, unstructured settings
  • Stability and clarity under pressure
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with financial workflows or invoice management
  • Exposure to people-ops / appraisal processes
  • Background in handling international clients or on-site client visits
  • Strong analytical or process-improvement mindset
