About Povio:We're a design-led company with a high-trust culture, known for crafting innovative digital products for clients like The Pump by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Serena Williams, Volkswagen, Reddit's founder, and many more. We've also successfully launched our own startup from Y Combinator, giving us a unique understanding of the challenges our clients face. We're passionate about transforming complex data into intuitive dashboards, creating mass-appeal apps, revitalizing outdated systems, and even exploring the cutting edge of blockchain technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Design user-centered and visually engaging interfaces for websites, dashboards, web and mobile applications, from concept to handoff.
  • Translate client vision into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Using AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Present design ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
  • Conduct UX/UI audits and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Continuously learn, innovate, share knowledge and mentor other team members.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and showcasing work across multiple design disciplines.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
  • Ability to design product experiences across dashboards, web apps, and mobile apps.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients.
  • Experience conducting UX/UI audits, focusing on accessibility and user journeys.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins) for enhanced design workflows.
