The Position:      Service Technician/Servisni tehničar

Contract: Full time
Reporting to:      Country Manager ZEUS Petruzalek Serbia
Hours of work:   Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00
Location: Dobanovci, Surčin, Industrial Zone offices 20%, field work 80%

The Role:

To achieve independent functioning of service of machinery, and service related activities. Increase quality of preventive and corrective maintenance, thus increasing client experience satisfaction.

Expectations:

· Formal Education in Mechanical/Electrics/Electronics/Automation engineering preffered;

· years in service/maintenance field;

· PC literacy

· working knowledge of English;

· driving license;

· familiarity with electric/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics and devices;

· familiarity with mechanical drawings is advantgeous;

· experience in Food and Non-food packaging technology is Highly advantgeous;

· General Software skills are advantgeous;

· Good  interpersonal skills, emphasized initiative and negotiation ability;

· goal-oriented and hard-working professional.

· The ability to work under pressure while meeting set targets, ensuring attention to detail;

· Excellent organizational skills for effective diary planning and time management;

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written and ability to build strong working relationships;

· Self-starter who can work of their own initiative and with minimal direction and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

· Corrective maintenance of machinery and installations;

· Preventive maintenance planning and execution;

· Planning of service interventions

· Installation of new processing and packaging lines;

· Spare parts stock maintenance, planning and inventory;

· Regular technical trainings at factory site abroad

· Cooperation with coleagues inside ZEUS Petruzalek group technical team

· Customer technical support;
