Required qualifications:

·      College or university degree (preferred: Faculty of Organizational Sciences / Economics)

·      Excellent written and spoken English skills

·      Minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar roles

·      Category B driver's license

Job description:

Office tasks (administration and organization):

-  Working with documentation and supporting internal processes

-  Handling import/export documentation

-  Office organization and monitoring operational activities

-  Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

-  Supporting the team in daily operations

Account tasks (client communication):

-  Active communication and maintaining relationships with clients

-  Monitoring client needs and providing appropriate support

-  Participating in the preparation of offers and project coordination

-  Teamwork and supporting colleagues in achieving shared goals
