O TEBI:

  • Student si treće, četvrte godine ili master student, Rudarsko-geološkog, Mašinskog, Elektrotehničkog, Prirodno-matematičkog, Tehničkog, Tehnološko-metalurškog, Fakulteta tehničkih nauka, Hemijskog, Ekonomskog, Fakulteta organizacionih nauka i Saobraćajnog fakulteta.
  • Radoznao/la si i otvoren/a za učenje — voliš da istražuješ nova rešenja i ne bojiš se da postavljaš pitanja.
  • Motivisan/a si da započneš karijeru u velikoj kompaniji i da gradiš svoje iskustvo uz podršku mentora.
  • Dobro se snalaziš u timskom radu, ali i samostalno preuzimaš inicijativu.
  • Poznaješ engleski jezik i MS Office, a svaka dodatna digitalna veština za tebe je prednost.
  • Veruješ da svojim idejama i energijom možeš da doprineseš timu i da zajedno pravimo razliku.

VIŠE INFORMACIJA O NIS CALLING PROGRAMU:

  • Na programu ćeš imati određene odgovornosti, a za njih ćeš svakako biti plaćen/a.
  • Kako bismo ti omogućili više fleksibilnosti, program traje 640 sati (4 meseca) koje možeš da rasporediš tokom 5 meseci i uskladiš ih sa obavezama na fakultetu ili slobodnim vremenom.
  • Svaki polaznik programa biće dočekan od strane mentora – naših kolega, koji su spremni da budu uz tebe od početka do kraja programa. Mentor je tu da ti olakša privikavanje i prve dane programa, ali i da te strukturirano vodi kroz unapred kreiran plan za sve vreme trajanja programa. Takođe, mentor je tu da ti pruži povratnu informaciju i usmeri za dalje
  • Pored praktičnog angažovanja, imaćeš priliku da se dodatno obrazuješ i razvijaš svoje veštine u okviru radionica na teme bitne za razvoj karijere, kao i timbildinzima i volontiranju.
  • Lokacija: devetu sezonu NIS Calling realizovaćemo u Beogradu, Novom Sadu, Zrenjaninu, Pančevu i Smederevu.
