We're looking for an
IT Business Analyst
to act as the key liaison between our business teams and corporate IT, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and delivery of impactful digital solutions.
What will you do?
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand their needs and priorities.
- Take ownership of business requirements and ensure delivery of valuable outcomes.
- Communicate progress, risks, and results through sprint reviews, UATs, and provide regular updates.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for leadership and business teams.
Communication & Reporting
- Collaborate across teams to gather insights and prepare clear, engaging communication materials.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and visual formats.
- Maintain dashboards, templates, and reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure consistent reporting cadence and visibility of progress.
Business & Digital Requirements
- Support local IT Business Partner in projects, initiatives, and daily operations.
- Lead requirement gathering, documentation, training, and adoption planning.
- Align business needs with technical implementation in collaboration with digital teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment and reach a consensus.
- Support change management and tool adoption through structured communication and training.
- Be finance-aware and contribute to cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure digital priorities are met with quality and within timelines.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Education:
Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. - Experience:
Previous involvement in IT or digital projects is a plus. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with working independently and taking initiative.
- Good understanding of IT systems, business processes, and operational needs.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
