We are looking for a talented 
Marketing Manager
 to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to the next level.

You will be responsible for executing and overseeing the marketing strategy to attract and engage B2B clients. You will be key in creating high-level content, building marketing funnels, and driving lead-generation efforts. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and a proven track record of delivering results. Let's grow together

Role Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for B2B services.
  • Create and manage marketing funnels, ensuring an effective customer journey from awareness to conversion.
  • Develop high-quality content tailored for decision-makers, including whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Plan, organize, and host online and in-person business events to strengthen brand presence and engage potential clients.
  • Utilize marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and others to optimize campaigns and track performance.
  • Analyze marketing data and key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Handle budgeting and resource allocation for marketing projects, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B or agency environment.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing marketing funnels for B2B services.
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to craft high-level materials for decision-makers.
  • Experience in creating and hosting online and live business events.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
