About the Role
We're looking for a
Sales Associate
with
3+ years of experience
in
IT sales or business development
to join our growing team in Novi Sad.
If you're driven, communicative, and ready to take ownership of the sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-growing tech company.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline - from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify and contact potential clients and partners via
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, email, and other outreach tools
- Create and manage
prospecting campaigns (cold email/call
and LinkedIn
)
- Develop and deliver compelling
business presentations and proposals
- Collaborate closely with the business development and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate records using the
CRM system
- Stay informed about
IT industry trends
and Codolis' service portfolio
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience
in IT sales, business development, or a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken
English
- Strong
communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- A
proactive, results-oriented
mindset
- Familiarity with
CRM tools
,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, and sales automation tools is a plus
