About the Role

We're looking for a Business Developer Associate with 3+ years of experience in IT sales or business development to join our growing team in Novi Sad.

If you're driven, communicative, and ready to take ownership of the sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-growing tech company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline - from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and contact potential clients and partners via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and other outreach tools
  • Create and manage prospecting campaigns (cold email/call and LinkedIn)
  • Develop and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate closely with the business development and marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
  • Stay informed about IT industry trends and Codolis' service portfolio

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in
    IT sales, or IT business development
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools is a plus
