About the position

We're looking for a detail-oriented and effective Product Marketing Associate to provide the crucial support that ensures our product resources and content are always up-to-date and ready for our audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on web-based SaaS products and a passion for crafting user-centric narratives.

This role is the backbone of the Product Marketing team's daily operations, handling the essential support that keeps our campaigns, web resources, and materials polished and effective. Your job is to be the team's reliable executor, ensuring technical and content updates are seamless and timely. You will work in close collaboration with Marketing, Content, Design, and Product teams to execute marketing materials that accurately reflect our products.

What you'll do
  • Your work is focused on making sure all our resources are current, technically sound, and flawlessly presented:
  • Develop strategic content for landing pages, focusing on user engagement.
  • Write detailed scripts that simplify product features for users.
  • Revise and update a variety of digital content, including Wordpress, HTML pages, resource texts, tutorials, changelogs, and guides.
  • Create wireframes for landing pages for the design team.
  • Collaborate on the optimization of user onboarding flows
  • Draft, implement, maintain, and revise online marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in conducting essential competitive and customer research.
  • Develop and expand marketing channels (social media, search, ads, etc.).
Must-haves
  • 1+ years of work experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in creating landing pages.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Experience with SEO.
  • A knack for detail and organization. 
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude; you take ownership of your tasks from start to finish.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin).
  • Ability to work in CET timezone.
  • University education.
Nice-To-Haves
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and Git.
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Photoshop).
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization.
