The Role
We're looking for a
Junior Customer Success Manager
to join our team and support our Head of Customer Success. This role is perfect for someone with
1–3 years of startup experience
who's hungry to grow, loves working with clients, and wants to help companies get real value from our product.
You'll play a key role in onboarding, supporting, and retaining customers — making sure they have an excellent experience with HeartCount.
What You'll Do
- Customer Onboarding:
Guide new clients through setup and onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of the platform. - Customer Support:
Respond to client questions and issues via email, chat, or calls, escalating where needed. - Engagement & Retention:
Monitor client usage, identify risks early, and work to keep customers engaged. - Assist Head of CS:
Support with account management tasks, reporting, and follow-ups. - Customer Training & Resources:
Help create guides, tutorials, and FAQs to make the customer journey easier. - Feedback Loop:
Collect and organize customer feedback for the product and leadership teams. - Processes & Tools:
Help improve CS processes, documentation, and internal workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a
Customer Success, Account Management, or Support
role (startup experience required). - Strong
communication and problem-solving skills
. - Ability to
manage multiple clients and priorities
in a fast-moving environment. - Comfortable with SaaS tools and eager to learn new systems quickly.
- Curious, proactive, and hungry to grow into a bigger role over time.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
