Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acquisition and Quote Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of our acquisition processes, from initial quote development to final contract negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage the end-to-end acquisition process, including quote preparation, proposal evaluation
- Analyze financial data and create comprehensive models to support acquisition decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of acquisition projects
- Oversee the preparation and submission of high-quality quotes and proposals
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors, suppliers, and potential acquisition targets
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify potential acquisition opportunities
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the acquisition process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on acquisition activities and performance metrics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Sciences or a closely related field
- Experience in acquisition management with demonstrated success in complex processes
- Superior negotiation skills and proven ability to secure advantageous terms
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive project management expertise, including leading cross-functional teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of acquisition processes, industry best practices, and market trends
- Strong leadership abilities with decisive decision-making capabilities
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
