CRM Content Executive (m/f)

City: Belgrade

Job Description:

The CRM Content Executive is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of communication strategies focused on engaging and retaining users through CRM channels (email, SMS, push, and on-site). This position reports directly to the CRM Communications Manager and works closely with the CRM team, Marketing team, Product Owners, and BI team. The main goal of this role is to create effective campaigns that enhance the user experience, improve retention rates, and drive new user acquisition, while optimizing content based on data and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site communication.
  • Write and adapt content for targeted user segments, designing visually appealing email templates.
  • Analyze user data to personalize and optimize communications.
  • Set up automated campaigns, including welcome journeys, reactivation campaigns, and product recommendations, focusing on increasing conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze key campaign KPIs (open rate, click rate, conversion rate, ROI) and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with regulatory requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM and industry's best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and BI teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives and integrate with other channels.
  • Keep up with industry trends and suggest innovative approaches to enhance CRM communications.


Zahtevi

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing, CRM campaigns, and analytics, with successfully executed data-driven projects.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools (Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, ).
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in email marketing.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage projects independently while working effectively within a team on multiple initiatives.
