About the Role

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with hands-on experience in VMware, Network Infrastructure and Veeam Backup. You will join our global IT Infrastructure team to support and optimize network infrastructure, virtual environments and backup solutions. This role requires a proactive mindset, collaboration across teams, and a focus on performance and availability.

What you'll do

  • Administer and support VMware vSphere infrastructure (7.x/8.x)
  • Manage and maintain Physical Network Infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Manage and optimize Veeam Backup & Replication environments (v12.x)
  • Perform daily operations, monitoring, and incident resolution
  • Handle network-related issues (routing, VPNs, firewalls, TCP/IP)
  • Implement and maintain NSX-T configurations
  • Work in collaboration with Application Support, DBAs, InfoSec, and Project Managers
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrade and automation projects
  • Document configuration and operational procedures

What you bring

  • 6+ years of experience with VMware vSphere administration
  • Hands-on experience with VMware NSX is a must
  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VPN setup, and firewall management
  • Solid experience with Veeam Backup & Replication
  • Ability to communicate in English

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to ITIL methodology and ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Practical exposure to FortiGate and Cisco FirePower solutions.
  • Certifications: VMware VCP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
