Uniform Administrator

Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Uniform Administrator for their Gaming studio in Belgrade, Serbia.

• Oversee the distribution and allocation of uniforms, ensuring proper sizing and availability for all staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
• Inspect uniforms for quality, coordinating any necessary repairs or alterations.
• Collaborate with external suppliers, tailors, and internal departments to meet uniform requirements efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to uniform policies and maintain up-to-date records of employee uniform allocations and personal appearance standards.
• Utilize company systems and inventory software to track stock movement and update records in real time.

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Comfortable using computers and familiar with inventory or stock management software.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing inventory and maintaining appearance standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with various teams and external vendors.
• Background or experience in fashion, textiles, or uniform-related industries.
• Experience in improving inventory management processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Work schedule: 3 shifts starting at — 7 AM, 3 PM, and 11 PM
