About the role:
We are looking for an experienced CRM/Lifecycle Manager to join our Marketing team, preferably with experience in iGaming, social casino, sweepstakes, or web-based gaming.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving player engagement, retention, and loyalty by leveraging data-driven campaigns, lifecycle strategies, and gamification mechanics to maximize MAU, DAU, LTV, and VIP performance.

Legacy Arcade
is a web-based social gaming platform designed to deliver engaging and innovative experiences for players across the US. The company has a team of over 50 professionals across support, development, games, product, UI/UX, marketing, and design teams. The platform features in-house games, cutting-edge technology, creating a fully integrated ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Build a full retention funnel covering welcome, onboarding, reactivation, and churn-prevention journeys.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to plan and deliver personalized lifecycle campaigns across all web-based touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize email, push, SMS, and on-site messaging campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Build segmentation frameworks to target players based on behavior, value, and activity level.
- Analyze player data and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation.
- Track and report on key metrics: MAU, DAU, ARPPU, LTV, churn, reactivation rates to to guide strategy.
First 6 months focus:
- Increase player LTV
- Reactivate inactive users
- Strengthen loyalty and engagement among VIP/whale players
After 6 months:
- Expand CRM efforts to broader retention and gamification strategies, optimize VIP/loyalty programs, and implement advanced cross-channel personalization to maximize long-term engagement and player value.
- Collaborate on the design and managing of gamification features (mini-games, badges, XP levels, missions) to increase engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing experience ideally in a web-based B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle and behavioral analytics
- Experience designing VIP programs and loyalty structures,
- Skilled in segmentation, automation, testing, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Data-driven, creative, and results-focused approach to player engagement and growth.
- English: C1 (advanced), strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus points:
- Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, or social casino is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM automation tools such as XtremePush, Optimove, or Smartico.
- Experience with gamification systems to enhance player engagement.
