Product Manager - Promotional Systems

City: Belgrade

Role summary:

We are looking for a Product Manager to support the execution, delivery and continuous improvement of omnichannel Campaign, Loyalty and CRM platforms across digital and retail environments. You will translate product strategy into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional execution, maintain documentation, and ensure consistent user experiences across digital and retail channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn product direction into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured documentation.
  • Support the delivery of missions, challenges, vouchers, reward logic, segmentation rules, lifecycle features and other promotional mechanics.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, CRM, Data, Design, Marketing, Retail and vendors to ensure aligned understanding and smooth delivery.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, track progress, highlight dependencies and risks, and support agile ceremonies.
  • Validate feature behavior across app, web, retail and partner systems, ensuring consistent, intuitive user journeys.
  • Document CRM events, triggers and segmentation logic; support checks for data accuracy and automation reliability.
  • Monitor product KPIs, analyse user behaviour and experiments, and provide insights that inform improvements.
  • Support QA, release validation, launch readiness and compliance with GDPR and data governance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Product Ownership or Product Management in CRM, Loyalty, promotional systems, eCommerce, fintech, gaming, or other multi-channel consumer platforms.
  • Understanding of API integrations, event-driven systems, segmentation logic, reward engines and user engagement mechanics.
  • Strong documentation and requirement-writing skills.
  • Ability to manage detail-heavy work while maintaining big-picture alignment.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skills.
