Technical
Product Manager
to join our Gaming Experience team. In this role, you will work across the lifecycle of our draw-based games, helping shape the future of regulated lottery games across Europe and North America. Reporting into the Director of Product Management, you will own a focused set of priorities and play a key role in both front-end experience and backend game operations.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, and key partners to deliver high-quality products to millions of players. This is a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in a complex and fast-paced environment with worldwide customers and product teams located in Canada, Iceland, Serbia, and the UK.

Pollard Digital Solutions - Europe is a full-solution supplier of lottery management and iLottery technology for lottery markets. We're a division of Pollard Banknote Ltd - a leading partner to 60 lotteries worldwide, known for high quality instant ticket products, licensed games, retail merchandising solutions, and innovation. What You'll Do
- Product Leadership: Manage and evolve our draw-based games portfolio. Ensuring a seamless user experience and operational excellence across all aspects of our gaming platform.
- Delivery: Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirement definition, prioritizing features, and coordinating development efforts.
- Optimize User Experience: Continuously improve the usability and efficiency of our games, to enhance player satisfaction and retention.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with external partners and third parties
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with stream-aligned teams, product managers, and stakeholders to align on product initiatives and seamlessly execute on our vision.
- Vision and Strategy: Define and advocate for a product vision that aligns with the broader organizational goals while emphasizing stream-aligned team empowerment.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize enhancements for the player experience, assisting with project management tasks such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team co-ordination.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to lottery and gaming.
Who You Are
- A growing product manager with strong ownership skills and a passion for game products.
- Curious, analytical, and customer minded. You enjoy solving problems and thinking critically.
- Able to communicate clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment with tight coordination across teams.
- Capable of managing both front-end UX considerations and back-end systems.
- Self-driven and organised, with good attention to detail.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in technical product management or a similar tech role.
- Proven experience defining requirements, managing backlogs, and supporting Agile delivery teams.
- Strong technical understanding of how backend systems, APIs, and integrations work.
- Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Exposure to front-end development or user experience concepts.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bonus: Familiarity with lottery systems or draw-based games.
- Bonus: Experience working in regulated gaming environments.
