Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager
with
2–3 years of experience
in software development or technical product management. You will work closely with clients, development teams, and stakeholders to define product requirements, manage roadmaps, and ensure the delivery of effective software solutions.

The ideal candidate is technically minded, organized, proactive, and able to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of our products and driving successful outcomes across the development lifecycle.

Essential Characteristics and Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a
    Technical Product Manager
    ,
    Product Owner
    , or similar role in a software development environment
  • Strong understanding of
    frontend and backend development concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks
    (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile ceremonies
  • Experience with tools such as
    Jira
    ,
    Confluence
    ,
    Miro
    , and
    Figma
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Experience working with UI/UX teams
    to ensure product usability and consistency
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze requirements to define clear, actionable development tasks
  • Create and maintain
    product roadmaps
    aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and prioritize
    product backlogs
    and ensure clear communication with development teams
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine and validate product concepts
  • Translate technical details into understandable information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Oversee
    Agile implementation
    and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
  • Track project progress, ensure timely delivery, and report status updates to stakeholders
  • Support and improve internal product management processes and documentation
  • Evaluate new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement
