About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our product team delivering nutrition coaching services in Samsung Health and the APIs that power Food+, a subscription service for home cooks. 

You will oversee the end-to-end product direction, guiding a team of PMs responsible for user experience and behavioral/personalization logic.

You'll ensure coherence across initiatives and services, translate behavioral and technical insights into a clear product strategy, and partner closely with engineering, design, and content leads to turn complex systems into meaningful user value. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role, suited to someone who can balance vision-setting with product execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers.
• Define and evolve the service and platform roadmaps.
• Contribute to overall product direction across other streams of work, ensuring clarity of goals, priorities, and success metrics across PM-led initiatives.
• Translate behavioral science and nutrition research into product requirements that are modular, measurable, and globally scalable.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to structure logic systems such as user states, progression models, and personalization frameworks.
• Drive alignment with Samsung Health and SmartThings collaborators on integration, data flow, and long-term experience design.
• Maintain high-quality execution by ensuring decisions balance impact, effort, and maintainability.
• Partner with leadership to establish KPIs for engagement, activation, and retention, and use data to inform product iteration.
• Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and structured communication within the product team.

What You Bring

• 5-8 years of product management experience, including 1+ years managing or mentoring PMs.
• A track record of leading complex consumer products, ideally in food, health, wellness, or behavior change.
• Strong technical understanding of backend logic, personalization systems, or state-based user modeling.
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills, able to create clarity from complexity.
• Proven ability to connect strategy and execution, moving seamlessly from long-term roadmap to short-term delivery.
• Collaborative mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
• A genuine interest in nutrition, wellbeing, or coaching experiences that improve people's lives.
