About position

This is your chance We're looking for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of analytics, business, and technology. As Senior Data & Reporting Analyst you deliver expert-level data-driven insights to support critical business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders from Asset Management, Product, Operations, and Finance to understand data needs, define KPIs, and develop impactful dashboards and reports. You will play a key role in shaping our reporting landscape, exploring innovative reporting tools (including AI-assisted), empowering teams across the organization with reliable, meaningful, and timely insights. • Design, build, and maintain clear and user-friendly dashboards and scorecards that deliver accurate and timely insights to stakeholders across the organization
• Ensure the reliability, consistency, and accuracy of reporting outputs through rigorous data validation and adherence to data quality standards
• Translate complex business requirements into structured, well-documented reporting solutions, including logic, frequency, and data sources
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define, refine, and operationalize KPIs and business metrics that align with strategic goals
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, usability, and automation, proposing enhancements based on analytical findings
• Research and apply innovative reporting methods and visualization techniques to maximize business impact
• Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant use of data in line with internal governance policies
• Act as the primary point of contact for reporting and analytics needs, coordinating across Asset Management, Product, Operations, and other business teams
• Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions to understand data and reporting needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Independently design reporting structures and semantic models that align with enterprise data definitions based on input and requirements of Data Consumers (in close collaboration with Data Engineering and Data Owners)
• Build and maintain business-critical dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools, following best practices in visual design and user experience
• Performs advanced data analysis in collaboration with Data Consumers in order to surface actionable insights and identify trends or anomalies relevant to business performance
• Provide expert-level support for Power BI and reporting usage, including documentation, training, and troubleshooting
• Continuously monitor and improve the reporting environment, suggesting enhancements to data sources, report performance, and self-service capabilities
  

What You Bring

• Degree (BSc/MSc) in mathematics, finance, data science, computer science, or a related filed – or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, or analytics roles, ideally, in a fast-paced and data-driven environment
• Expert-level skills in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and advanced dashboarding techniques
• Deep understanding of data visualization best practices, and how to create intuitive, user-focused reports and dashboards
• Solid experience in performing data analysis to extract actionable insights and trends for business decision-making
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable, and well-documented reporting solutions
• Business acumen to align KPIs and reporting structures with strategic objectives
  
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Understanding of relational databases and experience working with structured data
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality assurance processes
  • Experience with machine learning techniques AI tools for data analysis and insight generation
