PURPOSE

We are looking for an ESG professional to coordinate and support the
e& PPF Telecom Group ESG program and who will report to Group ESG Manager
. The role will focus on ensuring compliance with
European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
, leading the annual materiality assessment, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and driving ESG projects across the Group.

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Lead and coordinate the annual ESG materiality assessment across the Group.
  • Prepare and deliver ESG reporting in line with
    ESRS, CSRD, and other relevant frameworks
    .
  • Ensure audit-readiness of all ESG disclosures, processes, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage ESG initiatives as projects, ensuring on-time delivery and effective collaboration across teams.
  • Monitor EU and global regulatory developments and support the rollout of new ESG reporting requirements.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid experience with
    ESRS
    or other sustainability reporting frameworks (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, etc.).
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a
    consulting/audit firm (Big 4 or similar)
    , or within a
    multinational ESG/sustainability function
    .
  • Proven
    project management skills
    , ideally in cross-functional, complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience in
    ESG/non-financial reporting
    at group or multinational level.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English
    (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
