We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (Belgrade)

Workanova, a fast-growing outsourcing customer support company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our online presence and support both recruitment and business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (job ads, lead generation)
  • Build and send mass email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools)
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
  • Research digital marketing trends and suggest fresh ideas

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Practical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram Ads
  • Solid experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.)
  • Excellent written English for posts, ads, and email campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to run multiple campaigns at once
  • Creative and analytical mindset (test, measure, improve)
Bonus Skills (a strong plus):
  • Basic Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
